These terms govern use of the ALP Executive Ride website and its trip-estimate tools. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Estimates are not confirmed bookings

Prices, travel times, distances, availability, fees, and vehicle information shown on the website are estimates. A ride is not reserved until ALP Executive Ride confirms the trip and final price with you directly. No payment is collected by this website.

Trip information

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, timing, passenger, luggage, flight, and child-seat information. Passenger count must include children. Child-seat type and quantity must be requested in advance and remain subject to vehicle fit and final confirmation by ALP Executive Ride. Actual travel can be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, closures, flight changes, and other circumstances outside our control.

Google Maps terms

This website includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of those features is subject to the current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use the estimate tools only for genuine transportation inquiries. You may not automate requests, probe or bypass security controls, reuse signed location tokens outside the booking flow, interfere with the website, or use the service in a way that creates unreasonable API or hosting costs.

Third-party communications

Links to SMS or other text messaging, WhatsApp, email, phone services, and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Nothing is sent until you take the final send or call action in that service. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Website availability

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue website features at any time. Address, routing, mapping, or hosting providers can be unavailable or return incomplete information. If a route cannot be verified, the website will not generate a fare.

Intellectual property

The ALP Executive Ride name, website design, copy, and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Google Maps content remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and ownership rights.
