Privacy Policy

ALP Executive Ride respects your privacy. This policy explains the information used when you request a trip estimate or contact us through this website.

Information you provide

You may provide pickup and drop-off locations, trip date and time, service type, passenger and luggage counts, requested child-seat types and quantities, vehicle choice, passenger name, mobile phone number, email address, flight details, meet-and-greet preference, and special requests. The passenger, luggage, and child-seat counts are used to return suitable vehicle estimates. Customer contact and optional trip details are prepared for the message you choose to send.

Google Maps Platform

When you type a location, the search text is sent securely through our server to Google Maps Platform to return address suggestions. The suggestion you select is carried into the quote so the same address remains visible while you review the trip. For legacy selections, a Google place identifier may be sent to Place Details to retrieve a formatted address. For one-way quotes, the selected identifiers are also sent to Google Routes API to calculate distance and estimated duration. The quote page may display a Google Static Maps route preview image.

Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

Storage and logs

Your location search text, selected Google location descriptions, trip information, passenger and luggage counts, child-seat requests, selected vehicle, and customer contact or optional trip details are kept in your browser’s session storage so the booking flow can move between pages without losing your work. Formatted addresses, route results, and fare quotes are not saved there. Session storage normally ends when the browser tab or session is closed. This website does not currently maintain a customer booking database or collect payment card information.

Our hosting provider may retain ordinary security and access logs, such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page. Internal API-usage safeguards store aggregate request counts only; they do not store address searches or API keys.

Text messaging, WhatsApp, and other services

If you choose “Text” or the main quote action, your browser opens your device’s regular messaging application with the trip and customer details prepared for you. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. ALP may reply about that trip; your carrier’s terms and charges may apply. If you choose WhatsApp or email instead, the website prepares the same request for that service, with Google Maps place links included where helpful. Communications are then handled under the terms and privacy practices of your carrier, WhatsApp, or email provider.
